Voice Conferencing (Voice Chat):

better esolution's Voice Conferencing provides all the tools you need to create, manage, and customize web conferences, to enable you and your customers to talk to one another, talk to your site representatives, or participate in collaborative events hosted by your site. Below are some of our key features:

· Standard conferencing-lets any participant talk. Individual users can choose to ignore other users.

· Moderated conferencing-moderators, participants, and (optionally) panelists, have different privileges. Moderators are like the hosts of TV shows, they have the ability to manage their conferences(for example: to view who wants to speak next, mute, or eject users, and manage questions).

· Panelists are like the guest speakers on a TV show. They appear on the floor, and have permission to talk.

· Participants are like the audience of a TV show. Until the moderator invites them to speak, they are invisible and cannot talk. They can however, request talk allowance by entering a question in the question queue. They can be invited to the floor by the moderator, and can hear all the participants

· High quality audio-supports full duplex sound, optional hands-free mode, and optional automatic gain control (AGC).

· Security-conference rooms can be securely password-protected (where passwords are stored on the voice servers), allowing secure access to conferences.

· Customize and integrate into existing application-use better esolution's default user interface, or hide better esolution's User Interface (UI) and hook into the functionality at the API level.

· Application-specific interactivity-By passing special messages among users, it is easy to create more sophisticated peer-to-peer collaborative applications such as ""multipoint," "cooperative shopping," "web-based slide shows," or "live auctions."

· User login system, or user database integration-If you can display a username on a web page, you can integrate an existing user database into the Voice API. This is accomplished by passing an HTML parameter containing the user name to the Voice API.

· List of populations of those participating in open conference rooms-Server APIs provide access to participants or lists of active rooms.

· Firewall Friendly-Can use HTTPS proxy, SOCKS 4 or 5 proxy, port 443, or port 80 for traversing firewalls.

Our fees are based on the number of concurrent users you have each month.
